The WJG series containers are suitable for use in industries such as pharmaceuticals, bioengineering, fine chemicals, and chemical synthesis. The materials used are all SUS304 or SUS316L. The tank is equipped with a jacket, and the jacket structure is available in three forms: standard jacket, external coil jacket, and millipore plate honeycomb jacket. It can be heated or cooled, with a mirror-polished inner surface and no sanitary dead corners. The fully enclosed design ensures that the material remains in a sterile state at all times. The head (conical) is processed by spinning and complies with GMP standards. The stirring device uses sanitary mechanical seals, and the container insulation is made of polyurethane or aluminum silicate. The interfaces adopt ISO standard quick-install clamps, which are convenient and hygienic. The edges are processed by spinning, and the outer surface can be polished, sandblasted, frosted, or cold-rolled with a matte finish, showcasing the container's exceptional quality in any setting. The equipment is equipped with a sterile air breather, CIP cleaning spray head, sight glass, flanged quick-opening manhole, and other devices.
